Lori Sergent - General Manager, Bethlehem
Lori Sergent joined Certified Testing Labs as a secretary in 1996. Through focus and strong effort she advanced to Office Manger and now serves as the General Manager of CTL’s Bethlehem location. Lori is responsible for leading and directing office and lab personnel and managing daily operations. She holds an Associate’s degree in Science and is a Pennsylvania Notary Republic. While working full-time at CTL, she continued her education by studying Nutrition part-time at Cedar Crest College.

Glenn Riegel - Laboratory Manager, Bethlehem
Glenn Riegel is the Laboratory Manger at CTL’s Bethlehem facility. Glenn is a testing laboratory expert with over thirty years of industry experience. As Lab Manager, he is responsible for supervising both lab and field personnel, calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment performance, establishing quality standards and certifying equipment performance. His duties also include the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Glenn has been with CTL since 1985 and studied Mathematics at East Stroudsburg University. Glenn holds a certification as an ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician and is trained in Radiation Safety & Hazmat.
